      To prevent condensation, it is necessary to maintain the temperature of the gas in the dust collector and its system at 25-35 ℃ above its dew point (such as the dew point temperature of 58 ℃ for kiln mill integrated machines, and the operating temperature should be above 90 ℃), in order to ensure the good use effect of the filter bag.

      The dust removal efficiency of a bag filter depends on the thickness of the dust layer on the filter material and filter bag. The increase in filtering wind speed depends on the cleaning method and material performance, as well as the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter. It also depends on the thickness of the dust layer on the filter material and filter bag. During operation, the pressure loss of the dust collector and the dust containing gas being processed remain almost unchanged. After using compressed air for dust removal and high-efficiency filter bags, the filtered air reading reaches 5 meters per minute. Compared with mechanical vibration cleaning bag filters, it has the advantages of large gas processing capacity, long bag life, high dust removal efficiency, and efficient maintenance.

      The performance of inertial dust removal equipment varies depending on its structure. When the gas flow rate inside the equipment is below 10m/S, the pressure loss is between 200-1000Pa, and the dust removal efficiency is 50% -70%. In practical applications, inertial dust removal equipment is generally placed at the stage of multi-stage dust removal systems to separate coarser particles of dust. It is particularly suitable for capturing dry dust with a particle size greater than 10 μ m It is not suitable for removing adhesive dust and fibrous dust. Inertial dust removal equipment can also be used to separate droplets, and it is recommended that the gas flow rate inside the equipment be between 1-2m/s.
