Description :
V-shaped saddle filter, the new filter must be cleaned with a cleaning agent (please do not use acid cleaning) and then sterilized and disinfected with high-temperature steam. The cleaned filter should be placed properly to avoid contamination.
Precautions
When installing the filter, do not connect the inlet and outlet in reverse. The port on the bottom plate of the pipeline filter is the liquid inlet, and the pipe connected to the filter cartridge socket is the clean liquid outlet. The new filter element is packaged in a plastic bag by the manufacturer in a clean production plant. Do not tear the plastic packaging before use. Use a filter element with higher requirements, and after installation, it should be sterilized and disinfected with high-temperature steam. When inserting the filter element into the insertion port, the filter element must be vertical. After inserting into the port, the pressure plate should grip the fins and tighten the screws firmly. After the inlet of the filter element of the 226 interface, it should be rotated 90 degrees and clamped tightly. This is the key during installation. If there is a little carelessness, it will not achieve sealing and is prone to water leakage, which will not meet the requirements for use.
