　　Characteristics of oil filter:

　　Precautions for operating the oil filter:

　　1. When the vacuum pump is working, attention should be paid to the condition of the oil displayed on the oil gauge (the oil should be on the oil gauge line). When there is a lot of water in the vacuum pump oil, it should be replaced in a timely manner;

　　2. Regularly pay attention to changes in the pressure gauge value. When the pressure value is ≥ 0.4MPa, the filter should be cleaned or the filter element should be replaced;

　　3. The filter screen of the primary filter should be removed and cleaned regularly to maintain cleanliness and avoid blockage, which may cause insufficient oil intake or high pressure;

　　4. During operation, always pay attention to whether the operating noise of the vacuum pump, oil pump, and corresponding motor is normal. If there is any abnormality, it should be immediately eliminated;

　　5. When the vacuum oil filter is not in use, the vacuum pump oil should be drained and new oil should be injected;

　　6. Before oil treatment, clear water and impurities should be sucked out from the bottom of the oil drum with a water absorber to ensure a pressure resistance of at least 10Kv.

　　Maintenance of oil filter:

　　1. Place the oil filter on a relatively flat ground or in the vehicle compartment, carefully check for any looseness, and pay special attention to the connection between the motor and the oil pump, which must be tightened and concentric;

　　2. Connect the power supply correctly and start the oil pump to observe if its rotation direction is correct. Otherwise, switch the phase sequence of the power supply;

　　3. Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes and tighten them, otherwise with pressure, the outlet oil pipe may be washed away, adding unnecessary trouble;

　　4. After fixing the oil inlet pipe, the motor button can be started, and the oil pump starts working normally. The filtered oil is purified oil;

　　5. When one barrel (tank) of oil needs to be pumped out and another barrel (tank) of oil needs to be pumped out, it is necessary to act quickly to avoid the oil pump idling for a long time. If there is no time, stop the machine and restart it after the oil inlet pipe is connected.

　　The oil filter can remove free water from the medium through processes such as demulsification, coalescence, and separation. The free water content of the processed medium is below 200PPM, and can be below 100PPM at the limit. It can also filter out solid particles in the medium. Controlling the cleanliness of the oil can achieve the filtration of solid particles in the medium. Controlling the cleanliness of the oil can achieve NAS4 or higher. (Note: The equipment is not suitable for situations where low water content is required, such as removing dissolved water. One solution at this time is to use the produced coalescing negative pressure oil filter series, which can quickly remove a large amount of water from the oil and ultimately reduce the water content to 100PPM, with a maximum limit of less than 5PPM.)
