The equipment mainly consists of furnace body and sealing device, trolley and trolley traction mechanism, furnace door and clamping device, heating element and fixing device, electric temperature control system, etc.
2.1 Furnace body and sealing device
2.1.1 The furnace frame is made of welded steel sections and Q235A steel plates, with a sturdy and reliable structure, good overall strength, and is not easily deformed. The surface is flat and smooth. The furnace frame is designed as a two headed door structure, which facilitates the entry and exit of the trolley from both ends.
2.1.2 The furnace lining is a full fiber structure with a total thickness of 260mm. The fibers of the furnace lining are of the standard type produced by Shandong Luyang Co., Ltd. using vacuum spinning method, with a compressed bulk density of ≥ 220Kg/m3; By adopting a scientific and reasonable embedding method, this structure has few occurrences of thermal bridge short circuits. It is also made by combining two flat stacking methods, with good air tightness, firm and reliable, easy maintenance, long service life, good energy-saving effect, light weight of the furnace body, and small temperature rise of the furnace shell.
2.1.3 The sealing between the furnace body and the trolley adopts an electric push rod lifting sealing device. At the bottom of each side wall, there is a sealing groove embedded with compressed fibers. The sealing groove is lifted and lowered by an electric push rod through a lever to achieve sealing. The lifting height of the sealing groove is limited by the action of a position switch, and the entire seal is a fiber soft seal.
2.2 Trolley and Trolley Traction Mechanism
2.2.1 The trolley is composed of a frame, trolley lining masonry, furnace bottom plate, trolley walking mechanism, etc.
2.2.2 The frame of the trolley is made of I-beams and channel steel, and the side and bottom plates are welded with Q235A steel plates. This structure of the trolley is sturdy and not easily deformed or warped, and its strength can fully meet the specified loading capacity.
2.2.3 Construction of the furnace lining for the trolley: A layer of 5mm thick asbestos board is laid flat at the bottom, and then two layers of lightweight clay bricks and heavy bricks are mixed and laid flat. The middle layer is laid flat with (NG-1.3) straight bricks, and the refractory layer is built with heavy refractory bricks. During the construction of the refractory layer bricks, high-temperature binders are added to the mud to improve the structural strength, and the load-bearing plane of the refractory layer is kept flat. The surroundings of the trolley are constructed with irregular bricks to prevent direct contact between the furnace gas and the side panels of the trolley. The refractory layer of the trolley is laid in a groove shape at the location where the heating element is placed, and it is also used for placing the furnace bottom plate.
2.2.4 The furnace bottom plate is made of ZG3Cr18Mn12Si2N heat-resistant steel casting, which is placed above the groove where the heating element is placed to prevent oxides from falling onto the heating element after the workpiece is heated. The furnace bottom plate adopts an advanced new buckle form, which is both safe and economical.
2.2.5 The walking mechanism of the trolley adopts a self-propelled wheel type, with 9 pairs of wheels installed under the trolley body. A cycloidal reducer is installed in the front box of the trolley, which transmits the walking power to the active wheels of the trolley through sprockets and chains, drives the trolley to move, and is equipped with a braking device to ensure accurate and timely stopping of the trolley and prevent it from hitting the furnace body due to inertia. The sprocket and chain used for transmission adopt a 1 "double row chain. The composition of the transmission wheels is: the driving wheel is in 1 row, the driven wheel is in 4 rows, and the driven wheel is in 4 rows.
2.2.6 The transmission control cable of the trolley adopts a cable reel to achieve the wire retraction work when the trolley enters and exits the furnace body; One side of the trolley is equipped with a plug-in contact for power connection, which completes the power on/off of the heating element on the trolley; This contact method has a large and sufficient contact surface, good contact, and long-term use without electric sparks or overheating.
2.2.7 Double limit switches are installed at the extreme ends of the trolley's travel to prevent damage to the furnace body and accidents caused by excessive travel.
2.3 Furnace door and clamping device
2.3.1 Due to the large size of the electric furnace door, the frame outside the door is made of channel steel, and the side plates are welded with Q235A steel plates to enhance the structural strength of the frame and prevent deformation and warping.
2.3.2 The inner lining of the furnace door is made of full fiber structure, and the fiber compression block is made into a concave frame type, which can prevent the electric heating element from exposing the inner plane and ensure that the electric heating element and fiber are not damaged by collision during the lifting process of the furnace door.
2.3.3 The lifting of the furnace door adopts a 1t electric hoist as the lifting power of the furnace door, and is equipped with a braking device to ensure smooth lifting of the furnace door.
2.3.4 The sealing between the furnace door and the furnace body adopts a spring compressed fiber soft sealing device.
