Purpose
The swing type isothermal quenching nitrate furnace is an energy-saving and durable industrial electric furnace manufactured by introducing foreign technology and using the workpiece swing type isothermal quenching process. Molten liquid media are used to heat workpieces, such as nitrate, alkali, oil, and low melting point metals and alloys. Nitrate furnaces are used to heat workpieces, which have a faster heating speed, lighter oxidation and decarburization, and are convenient for local quenching, isothermal quenching, and various chemical heat treatments. Especially suitable for isothermal quenching of wear-resistant materials such as railway locomotives, ball mill liners, steel balls, and crusher hammer heads.
Structure Introduction:
The swing type isothermal quenching nitrate furnace consists of a furnace body, a stainless steel crucible, an electric reciprocating swing material rack, a stainless steel rapid cooling package, an electric heating element, and an automatic temperature control cabinet. Different solvents can be used for various processes such as part quenching, tempering heating, isothermal quenching cooling, and liquid chemical heat treatment. The furnace body is welded from section steel and steel plate, and the furnace surface is made of δ=14mm plate. The furnace lining is made of energy-saving ultra lightweight high-strength 0.6g/cm 3 microsphere refractory bricks, with aluminum silicate fibers sandwiched in between. The insulation expansion between the furnace lining and the furnace shell is filled to stone powder. The entire structure is a standard energy-saving furnace lining, saving 30% -40% electricity. The resistance wire is made of thicker diameter 0Cr25AL5 high-temperature resistance wire wound into a spiral shape according to the uniform temperature wire method. Placed on the lining of the furnace, the wire support brick adopts a front raised 20 ° anti wire brick to prevent the resistance wire from falling out easily. The crucible is made of heat-resistant stainless steel plate welded tightly and has undergone X-ray inspection by our factory. When used as an isothermal quenching salt furnace, four rapid cooling packs made of heat-resistant stainless steel are arranged inside the crucible, and an electric reciprocating swing type material rack is installed on the furnace body. The workpiece is placed in the material rack and moves back and forth in the nitrate solution to achieve the effect of uniform temperature and isothermal quenching. In addition, a compressed air stainless steel inlet pipe is equipped, which forms a porous jet pipeline at the bottom of the crucible to rapidly circulate and churn the nitrate solution, achieving uniform temperature at any point in the nitrate solution. Through the use of an automatic temperature control cabinet, the quenched workpiece can be quickly cooled to any process temperature required for isothermal quenching in a short period of time and automatically maintained at a constant temperature.
