Description :

1. The control system of the aluminum sheet annealing furnace adopts PLC and is equipped with a touch screen. It can automatically realize the annealing process based on monitoring the furnace temperature and material temperature, and can display various data at any time. At the same time, it is equipped with an over temperature protection system, with PLC and intelligent instrument control as backup functions for each other.
2. The functions of the temperature control system include furnace gas temperature control, automatic conversion of constant temperature, convertible control targets (material temperature, furnace temperature), start, stop, forward and reverse rotation, jog direction change of the circulating fan, start and stop of the blowing fan, and control of the blowing air volume.
3. Alarm function (sound and light) for disconnection, overheating of furnace gas, overheating of annealed metal, shutdown of air supply, and water cut-off of circulating fan cooling water.
4. Display the real-time temperature of furnace gas and metal, the time when the program starts and ends, the operating status of the circulating fan, the expected value of furnace temperature and process curve, annealing metal temperature curve, furnace gas temperature curve, control parameters, process parameters, alarm indication, and output conductivity display.
5. Other functions: Implement synchronous heating in each area, slope heating, temperature difference ratio control, timing and constant temperature control, electrical interlock protection, thermocouple calibration function.
