      3、 Introduction to the structure and performance of the equipment

      The equipment mainly consists of: heating main electric furnace, furnace cover and lifting/moving walking mechanism, hot air circulation and guide device, carbon potential control system, electrical temperature control system.       1. Heating main electric furnace: mainly composed of furnace cover, main furnace body, furnace lining, and heating elements.

      1.1. The furnace cover is made of section steel and welded with steel plates. The sealing between the furnace cover and the furnace can is achieved by using graphite asbestos packing and rubber strip for double safety sealing, which ensures good air tightness performance of the resistance furnace during operation. The inner side of the furnace cover is welded with stainless steel plates to form an air guide channel that allows for smooth air circulation and is suitable for the operation of the fan. At the same time, it works together with the wind deflector of the ventilation unit to guide the air flow of the fan, so that the wind direction of the fan can circulate hot air according to the intended ventilation channel, And without interfering with each other (due to the fact that this furnace is a large electric furnace, the operating temperature during carburizing is high, and ordinary stainless steel plates cannot withstand long-term use under high temperature conditions. In addition, the furnace cover is often opened, and the alternation between hot and cold is frequent, which increases the thermal expansion and contraction of the material, increases the deformation coefficient of the material, and is prone to deformation. Based on the use of large electric furnaces and general experience, considering that the furnace cover is not easy to repair, even if it is repaired, it is difficult. Therefore, the stainless steel plate in this part should be made of high temperature and corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate, and the deformation coefficient of the furnace cover should be calculated during the production process. A special and perfect method is used to weld the inner layer stainless steel plate of the furnace cover, so that the furnace cover can be used for a long time under high temperature and corrosion resistance conditions without deformation. Increase the service life of the electric furnace (reduce the repair cycle of the electric furnace).

      1.2. Main furnace body: It is mainly formed by welding steel plates and section steels, and its structure is sturdy and durable.

      1.3 Furnace lining: 0.6 ultra lightweight floating bead energy-saving refractory bricks are used for masonry, and the protective layer is made of refractory fiber felt insulation layer and insulation bricks (diatomaceous earth) filled with vermiculite powder to ensure that the temperature of the electric furnace does not leak out and achieve the energy-saving effect of the electric furnace. Due to the large volume of the electric furnace, high-temperature resistant binders are added during the construction of refractory bricks to increase the strength of the brick joints and enhance the strength of the refractory bricks, thereby increasing the service life of the electric furnace.       1.4. The heating element is made of 0Cr27AL6Nb alloy high resistance wire wound and formed, and is reasonably evenly distributed around the lining of the electric furnace, so that the electric furnace can obtain reasonable thermal energy effect. This resistance wire has good heating effect and is designed to have 18 sets of equal electrical power. The power distribution density changes according to the law of thermal variation, thus achieving uniform upper and lower temperatures and meeting the specified surface load requirements.

      2. The furnace cover lifting device mainly consists of a furnace cover lifting and moving steel frame, a furnace cover lifting mechanism, and a furnace cover moving mechanism.

      2.1. The lifting and moving steel frame is made of welded steel sections and plates, achieving a simple, sturdy, durable, safe and reliable structure. The lifting of the furnace cover adopts two-point balanced positioning, and the centralized point uses an electric hoist chain structure to lift the furnace cover smoothly and correctly; Keep the power source away from high temperature points to ensure long-term normal operation of the equipment.       3. Hot air circulation unit and air guide device

      Water cooled sealed circulating fans are designed in the furnace cover to force the atmosphere inside the furnace to circulate in the specified direction, with uniform heating and carbon potential concentration. The material of the fan shaft and blades is made of 0Cr25Ni20Si2 heat-resistant steel, and the air guide plate is moderately combined with the air guide bucket, which is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material.

      4. Furnace tank: Made of 310S high-temperature resistant stainless steel plate welded and formed. The bottom of the furnace is an open type, and both the bottom coil of the furnace and the bottom coil of the material platform are inserted into the prefabricated sealing groove at the bottom of the furnace. The groove is sealed with high ignition point heavy oil to isolate the air inside the furnace from the outside.

      5. Carburizing droplet device and carbon potential control

      The carbon potential control system (including oxygen probes, carbon controllers and flow meters, solenoid valves, etc.) adopts a complete set of systems imported from Honeywell, USA, which can preset multiple and multi-stage process parameters for automatic program control. The dropper is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

      6. Electrical temperature control system

      6.1. In addition to the conventional configuration of automatic air switch and AC contactor, each zone of the heating main circuit is independently controlled by thyristor power regulation, and is equipped with forced cooling fan, overheating protection and resistance capacitance absorption circuit, output voltage, current display, etc.

      6.2. The temperature control adopts Shanghai Guolong TCW-32B programming intelligent meter, with a division number of "K" type, PID output current of 4-20mA, and auxiliary control output contacts.

      6.3 The recorder adopts Shanghai Dahua XWGJ-101 single pen roundness electronic potential difference meter.

      6.4. Design the upper, middle, and lower temperature control, carbon potential control, and various furnace system action mechanisms on the same control cabinet panel, with a simple, beautiful, and reasonable layout, clear display, convenient operation, and easy maintenance; The internal electrical components are arranged compactly, reasonably, and with clear hierarchy.

      6.5. The mechanical parts and heating elements of the electric furnace are fully interlocked, that is, after the loading is completed, the power supply of the electric furnace heating elements can only be turned on after the furnace cover is completely covered. When the workpiece heating is completed and the furnace cover is opened, the electric furnace automatically shuts off the power supply of the heating elements. After the furnace cover is raised to the position, it can be rotated in parallel to move away the furnace cover. After the furnace cover is moved to the position, the power supply of the furnace cover is automatically turned on. Only after the furnace cover is lowered to the position, can the power supply of the heating elements and the power supply of the ventilation unit be automatically turned on. This reciprocating process forms an automatic interlocking control to prevent unnecessary damage and safety hazards caused by misoperation, making the equipment operation safer and more reliable.
