　　4、 Structure:

　　Multi stage trolley furnaces are mostly large trolley furnaces, mainly considering that the overall working size is too large, and when using a small amount of products, a high work rate can be achieved, which can easily cause waste. Therefore, multi-stage furnaces are used, with movable gate plates used in the middle to separate them. Two or three stages are more ideal and can be independently controlled. The furnace lining is made of full fiber aluminum silicate spinning blanket modules to build the furnace body, and the furnace bottom is made of lightweight insulation bricks and heavy refractory bricks. The heating elements are heated by resistance wires and resistance belts, and the furnace shell is made of steel plates and section steel. The furnace door and trolley are mechanically driven; The specific configuration is designed and equipped according to customer and furnace temperature requirements.
