　　The RJ2 series medium temperature well type electric furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation well type electric furnace, mainly used for normalizing, annealing, quenching and other heat treatments of metal materials and mechanical parts such as steel parts, shafts, pipes, etc. in general atmosphere or simple protection.

　　Structure Introduction:

　　The RJ2 series medium temperature well type electric furnace structure has a cylindrical furnace body made of steel plates and steel sections. The inner surface of the furnace cover is made of arc-shaped ultra lightweight energy-saving refractory material and acid aluminum fiber. The furnace lining is constructed with ultra lightweight 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving microporous refractory insulation bricks. Aluminum fiber felt insulation is placed between the furnace lining and shell, and the gap is filled with expansion insulation powder. The resistance wire is made of 0Cr25Al5 high resistance alloy wire and installed in a spiral shape on the wire support brick of the furnace. The furnace cover is lifted manually or electrically. In order to evenly heat the workpiece, medium and large well type electric furnaces adopt multi zone and multi-stage temperature control, and use the uniform temperature cloth method to reasonably distribute power according to the law of air temperature rise, to ensure that the furnace temperature is uniform and consistent up and down. To ensure operational safety, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism, which is interlocked with the power supply of the control cabinet of the electric furnace. When the furnace cover is closed, the power is turned on. When the furnace cover is opened, the time limit switch cuts off the control power, so the power supply to the heating element is also cut off to ensure safe operation. The medium temperature well type electric furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple when it leaves the factory.
