　　1. The outer shell of the furnace body is welded into a frame structure using section steel and steel plates

　　2. The furnace cover support adopts a mobile combination of channel steel and guide rails.

　　3. The heating element adopts the high resistance alloy OC25AL5 resistance strip produced by Shanghai Electric Alloy Factory and is arranged on the furnace side.

　　4. The furnace body is made of high-purity aluminum silicate fiber cotton pressed into plates, and the furnace wall is suspended with a resistance strip for heating. The main features of this structure are energy saving, high heating efficiency, and the ability to quickly raise the temperature. And it is not easily damaged. The heating element on the furnace wall is an OCr25AL5 resistor strip.

　　5. The bottom of the furnace is constructed with high alumina refractory bricks due to its load-bearing capacity. The core of the furnace is heated inside and outside using a large ring with a small ring. This not only increases the uniformity of the furnace temperature, but also reduces the power consumption of the furnace. At the same time, it reduces the configuration power of the furnace, making the utilization space of the transformer larger. Due to the absence of resistance wires at the bottom, we added chromium manganese nitrogen pad iron on top to increase the circulation of furnace temperature in the middle of the ring.

　　6. The furnace cover adopts hydraulic lifting and automatic movement controlled by a motor.

　　7. The control adopts a liquid crystal paperless recorder for recording, which replaces the conventional medium length chart paper recorder. Due to the large temperature zone of the well furnace, the medium length chart paper multi-point recorder was basically used in the past. However, this meter is prone to random dot phenomenon, often unable to form a line, but full of stars, which makes customers very dissatisfied with the process curve. At the same time, fax is inconvenient because the paper is too wide. The advantage of a liquid crystal paperless recorder is clear display, with optional numbers, curves, and bar charts. The working date and time are clear at a glance, and the deviation temperature can be adjusted. It can be printed or emailed to the user using the equipped USB drive.

　　8. Utilizing multi zone independent control, adopting Shanghai Guolong TCW-32A, PID automatic power regulation, and thyristor control.
