The trolley type high-temperature furnace is a periodic operation furnace designed according to the process requirements, shape, external dimensions, and other requirements of the user's heat treatment workpiece. It is mainly used for heating various metal structural components and other parts in air below 1200 ℃. This electric furnace has the advantages of good sealing, large furnace capacity, uniform temperature, easy operation, convenient maintenance, good energy-saving effect, and small temperature rise of the furnace shell.
Aluminum alloy solidification furnace, also known as aluminum alloy quenching furnace, is composed of a heating furnace cover and a mobile chassis. The top of the square (or circular) furnace cover is equipped with a crane, which can lift the material basket to the furnace through chains and hooks. The furnace cover is supported by steel sections and has a pneumatic (or electric) operated furnace door at the bottom. The chassis located below the furnace cover can move and position along the track, and the chassis carries a quenching water tank and a material basket. During production, move the material basket on the chassis directly below the furnace cover, open the furnace door, lower the chain and hook to lift the material basket into the furnace, and then close the furnace door for heating. Quenching is done on the ground. First, move the water tank on the chassis directly below the furnace cover, then open the furnace door, lower the chain, and quench the material basket (workpiece) into the water.
Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is suitable for solid solution treatment and aging treatment of large and medium-sized aluminum alloy product components.

Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace body steel support, detachable furnace top, furnace lining, electric heating element, circulating fan, air guide plate, furnace bottom open door, double speed lifting mechanism, material rack, quenching tank, material transport vehicle, control system and distribution cabinet/control cabinet, hydraulic system, etc.
The outer shell frame of the furnace body is welded with steel sections, and the inner wall is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel plate. The inner lining is made of high-quality full fiber structure, and a layer of rubber asbestos board is attached to the inner surface of the furnace shell to provide insulation and protect the surface of the furnace shell from corrosion.
The heating element is made of 0Cr25AL5 alloy wire wound into a strip, which is placed on an insulating ceramic tube and fixed to the furnace shell by stainless steel round steel. This structure of resistance strip is suspended around the furnace, which is conducive to heat dissipation and circulation.
The hot air circulation device consists of a ventilation fan device and a guide plate. The ventilation fan device is placed on the top of the furnace body, and the fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel to form centrifugal blades. The air guide plate is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel and is fixed to the inner wall of the furnace through several support rods. The resistance strip is wrapped inside and the heat emitted by the resistance strip is circulated through a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace. The ventilation device is made according to the furnace volume to ensure that the number of hot air cycles is at least 40 times per minute.
The base frame is used for storing furnace components and is welded from steel sections.
The furnace door shell is made of welded steel, and the inner lining is made of high-quality full fiber structure.
The sealing between the furnace door and the furnace body is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber material.
The electric furnace is equipped with two small cars.
The lifting mechanism consists of a winch, a loading frame, lifting hinges, rolling wheels, etc.
The winch is installed on one side of the base frame, using a low-speed ratio reducer and equipped with a self-locking device to ensure that the loading frame stays and slows down at any position, preventing the loading frame from quickly hitting the quenching tank when it descends.
The loading frame is made of steel according to user requirements.
The lifting device frame is pulled by steel cables.
The depth of the quenching pool exceeds 1.5 times that of the loading frame, ensuring that the workpiece is quenched and cooled in the quenching pool. An electric heating tube is also used for heating in the quenching pool. And it is automatically controlled through temperature measuring instruments. The pool has an inlet that can cool the water temperature. A circulating water pump is installed inside the pool to spray and circulate hot water, ensuring uniform temperature.
Fire resistant fiber cotton sand sealing knives are embedded around the furnace mouth, and after the furnace door is closed, they are tightly attached to the inserted knives at the furnace mouth to ensure no heat dissipation.
The heating element adopts a strip electric heating element, which is arranged on both sides of the furnace and made of 0Cr25AL5 alloy wire, with a long service life.
The mechanical transmission parts of the electric furnace adopt chain control, which automatically cuts off the power supply of the ventilation fan device and heating elements after the furnace door is opened. After the furnace door is closed in place, the power supply of the ventilation fan device and heating element can be connected to prevent malfunctions and accidents caused by misoperation. The system has sound and light alarm function.
The temperature control system adopts PID zero crossing trigger thyristor and intelligent meter temperature control. In addition, Shanghai Dahua Instrument Factory's multi-point automatic recorder is used to record temperature and dual control of over temperature alarm, ensuring that the workpiece does not exceed the temperature limit. The temperature controller is also equipped with a communication port, which can communicate with the central control computer. The temperature control values, insulation time and other parameters of the process are uniformly programmed and managed by the central control computer.
