      The shell of this series of electric furnaces is welded from steel plates and steel sections, and the trolley is welded from steel sections and steel plates. The trolley reduces heat radiation and convection losses by soft contact with the furnace lining, effectively ensuring the sealing of the furnace body.

      Lining: The furnace body of this furnace is made of full fiber, and the fibers are made into modules according to the size of the furnace.       The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire wound into strips and spirals, which are hung on the furnace side and placed on the wire support brick of the trolley, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nails and socket support bricks to prevent detachment.

      The trolley is equipped with a pressure resistant and high-temperature resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate for carrying workpieces.
