      3、 Equipment structure:

      (1) This trolley furnace consists of a furnace body, furnace door, stainless steel air guide cover, off core circulating fan, and a movable trolley and control system.

      (2) The outer shell of the furnace is welded into a frame structure using channel steel and steel plates.

      (3) The trolleys are all formed by welding channel steel and steel plates.

      (4) The heating element is made of high resistance alloy 0Cr25AL5 produced by Beijing Shougang, with resistance strips arranged on the furnace side and resistance wires of the same material arranged on the trolley.

      (5) The furnace shell lining is made of pure fiber cotton, and the load-bearing part of the trolley is built with heavy refractory bricks to enhance the structural strength of the lining. The insulation layer adopts a composite structure of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and diatomaceous earth insulation brick to improve the insulation performance of the furnace body.

      4、 Main technical features:

      This electric furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, stainless steel air guide cover, strong convection hot air circulation fan, electric heating device, furnace car and transmission mechanism, furnace door and lifting mechanism, electrical control system and other main parts.

      1. Furnace shell The furnace shell uses channel steel as the column, steel plate as the coaming, and is welded into a frame structure. Angle steel is used as the transverse bar inside, and the plate is used as the slant support bar.

      2. The lining of this furnace adopts a fully aluminum silicate refractory fiber blanket with excellent thermal insulation performance, which is specially processed and combined into large plates. The fully fiber large plate lining is hung on a steel frame, which is welded from steel sections, steel plates, etc., lightweight and reliable. This furnace adopts a full fiber large plate structure lining, so its steel structure is larger and lighter than traditional refractory brick furnaces. The all fiber refractory structure has good thermal shock stability, resistance to rapid cooling and heating, and a longer service life than brick furnaces. This type of furnace body is very convenient for maintenance. If it is damaged due to mechanical collision, it can be used with only local repairs. This type of furnace lining also has the characteristics of easy installation and maintenance, without the need for baking ovens.

      3. Air guide device: The furnace adopts a double-layer space production, with stainless steel plates folded and embedded inside, with a smooth and flat appearance. The middle layer has module cotton as a refractory insulation wall, and the module wall is equipped with resistance heating elements facing inward. Under the circulation of the strong convection circulating fan, a wind duct is formed between the wind deflector and the furnace wall. The wind direction comes down from the upper periphery of the furnace lining, enters various parts of the workpiece from the bottom of the wind duct, and then is sucked into the wind deflector entrance at the top of the furnace body from the middle, and is supplied to the fan again for suction. This cycle is repeated, and the temperature of the circulating air is stable and uniform.

      4. Circulating fan: In order to achieve the uniform temperature standard of the furnace, there is an off-axis axial flow fan stirring device at the top of the furnace to enhance the convective movement of air inside the furnace. The air enters the furnace from both sides and returns to the top of the furnace.

      5. Electric heating device: The heating elements are installed on both sides of the furnace, the furnace door, the rear wall, and the trolley. The furnace body adopts an advanced hanging structure with high radiation efficiency, which strengthens the heat exchange inside the furnace, improves the thermal efficiency of the furnace, and extends the service life of the electric heating elements.

      6. Furnace car: (1) Refractory insulation material: The trolley surface is made of heavy bricks as the load-bearing layer to ensure compressive strength. The insulation layer is divided into two parts, one is made of diatomaceous earth bricks, and the other is made of lightweight clay bricks to ensure the insulation effect. Heavy shaped refractory bricks are used around the trolley to improve its strength.

      (2) Furnace car steel structure: The frame is welded from channel steel to form a framework, and its rigidity ensures that it will not deform under full load and heavy load conditions. There is a guide wheel device installed under the longitudinal beam, which adopts a transmission mechanism.

      (3) Furnace car sealing: The frame sealing adopts an insertable structure. When the trolley enters the furnace, it is automatically inserted into the furnace wall fibers through the flat steel on both sides of the trolley, achieving the effect of sealing without air leakage or heat dissipation.

      (4) Safety interlock device: Both the inlet and outlet of the furnace are equipped with dual safety limit mechanisms and furnace door opening and closing mechanisms that are interlocked to ensure safe operation. The furnace truck has flexible entry and exit and accurate positioning.

      7. Furnace door: (1) Furnace door structure; The furnace door of this furnace adopts a lightweight steel structure skeleton, and refractory fiber plates are used as insulation materials. It has the characteristics of simple and lightweight structure, good sealing effect, etc.

      (2) Furnace door lifting power: The furnace door adopts electric lifting, mainly composed of furnace door frame, electric hoist, casting pulley, shaft, bearing, chain wheel, and other parts, which are combined to drive the furnace door up and down through the forward and reverse action of the reducer. (3) Safety protection: The furnace door is equipped with dual safety limit mechanisms for upper and lower travel, as well as interlocking devices with the furnace car. The furnace car is equipped with dual safety limit mechanisms for inlet and outlet.

      8. Electrical system: The electrical control system is divided into two parts: the main heating power circuit and the control circuit. The main heating circuit adopts PID bidirectional thyristor zero crossing trigger control. By using intelligent instruments for reasonable programming and parameter settings, each temperature zone can be controlled, and the PID parameters of the furnace can be calculated to achieve relatively stable temperature uniformity.
