Description :

　　Foam generator, also known as air foam generator, foam generator and foam generator, is a fire extinguishing equipment fixed on the oil tank to generate and spray air foam. When the foam mixed liquid flow supplied by the fixed fire pump of the foam fire truck passes through the generator through the transmission pipeline, it forms air foam to extinguish the oil fire.

　　When supplied, the nozzle assembly only includes flanges, gaskets, fasteners, etc., while the nozzle and elbow are purchased and processed by the user to form the nozzle assembly. The generator should be installed horizontally on the upper part of the tank wall and should not be installed on the top of the tank. When installing, the cover plate should face downwards and should not be installed on the side. When used for external floating roof storage tank, it shall be installed on the foam shroud at the top of the storage tank.

　　When installing the generator, the opening on the tank wall should ensure that there is enough space on the upper part of the tank. The liquid level of the storage liquid should be lower than the inlet of the generator, and should be below the storage liquid level line, so as not to affect the quality of foam and the formation of foam, and prevent the liquid from flowing out of the generator.

　　Technical Specifications

　　There are generally four types of foam generators: PC-4, PC-8, PC-16 and PC-24.

　　1. The specific technical parameters are as follows:

　　① Model PC-4: When the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the total mixed liquid is 4L/s, and the amount of foam is 25L

　　② Model PC-8: when the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the total mixed liquid is 8L/s, and the foam production is 50L

　　③ Model PC-16: when the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the total mixed liquid is 16L/s, and the amount of foam is 100L

　　④ Model PC-24: when the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the total mixed liquid is 24L/s, and the foam production is 150L

　　2. The working pressure range is 0.2-0.5MPa.

　　3. The glass sheet is broken under a pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa.
