　　Mobile foam truck and PY mobile (truck) foam fire extinguishing device are portable and flexible wheeled fire extinguishing equipment. It adopts PHF pipeline (negative pressure) proportional mixer, which can form low, medium and high expansion foam fire extinguishing system with foam gun and foam generator. When the pressure water passes through the mixer, the water is mixed with foam liquid in a certain proportion, and foam is sprayed through the foam gun and foam generator to extinguish the fire. It is composed of cart, atmospheric foam tank, negative pressure proportioner, spraying equipment, water hose, safety valve, control valve and some auxiliary parts. Mobile foam fire extinguishing device is quick, simple and reliable. Used to extinguish Class A, B, and C non water soluble liquid fires. Widely used in municipal residential areas, factories and mines, oil depots, chemical departments, heat treatment workshops, gas stations and other places. When the mobile foam fire extinguishing device extinguishes the fire, the pipe tooth interfaces at both ends of the pipeline proportional mixer are connected with the fire hose, and the pressure water source is connected. When there is water with a pressure of not less than 0.6MPa flowing through the nozzle of the proportional mixer at a high speed, due to the diffusion effect of the transverse movement of the jet particles, a vacuum (negative pressure) is formed in the room of the proportional mixer, so the foam liquid in the foam liquid storage tank enters the mixer through the suction pipe under the pressure of the atmosphere, mixes with the pressure water, and finally reaches a certain proportion of the mixed liquid, and sprays foam through the foam gun and the foam generator to extinguish the fire.

　　Part of the semi fixed foam fire extinguishing system is fixed and can be started in time, while the other part is not fixed. In case of fire, enter the site and form a fire extinguishing system with fixed equipment to extinguish the fire. There are two forms according to the fixed installation equipment: one is equipped with fixed foam generating device, foam mixture pipeline and valve. In case of fire, the foam mixture enters from the reserved interface through the hose by the foam fire truck or motor pump. The other is equipped with a fixed foam fire pump station and corresponding pipes. When putting out a fire, the mobile foam generating device (such as foam gun) is connected with the fixed pipes through a water hose to form a fire extinguishing system. (foam fire extinguishing system consisting of fire truck and fire hose connected with fixed foam generator or fixed foam station and fire hose, foam pipe gun or hook pipe)

　　The semi fixed foam fire extinguishing system is applicable to the storage tank area of Class A, B and C liquids with strong mobile fire fighting facilities, or places with large single tank capacity, and local places with fire in petrochemical production plant area.
