The fire monitor special ball valve is a ball valve specially designed for use with fire monitors. Its structural characteristics are: the connecting flange is a DN100 flange for the inlet and a DN80 flange for the outlet, with bidirectional sealing and a manual drain valve. When used in cold and high-altitude areas in winter, the manual drain valve can be opened after the valve is closed to drain the water inside the valve ball, thereby preventing the ball valve from freezing and cracking. The connection method can also be customized according to user requirements.

      Appearance quality: The shell of the ball valve should be made of corrosion-resistant materials or undergo anti-corrosion treatment, and there should be no defects such as peeling or scratches.

      Material: The valve body and valve cover should be made of materials with corrosion resistance not lower than ordinary cast iron, and the corrosion resistance of the valve seat should not be lower than bronze.

      The valve seat and sealing ring can be made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene or nylon, and the corrosion resistance of the valve seat material should not be lower than that of the valve body material.
