The device can supply pressure water from fire pipe network or urban water supply pipe network, fire truck, hand pump, etc. When the pressure water passes through the mixer, the water is mixed with foam liquid in a certain proportion and passes through the foam gun. 　　PY series semi fixed (portable) foam fire extinguishing device consists of a tank body, a proportional mixer, a chassis truck, a hose basket and valves. There are three wheels at the bottom, two directional wheels at the front and a universal wheel at the back, which can rotate flexibly. PHF type pipeline proportional mixer and PQ type foam gun are installed on the tank top. When the pressure water passes through the nozzle of the proportional mixer, the flow rate increases to form a negative pressure. The pipette absorbs the foam stock solution from the tank into the proportional mixer and mixes it with water to form a foam mixture. After the foam gun absorbs air, it forms a foam, which is aligned with the fire point to extinguish the fire.

　　1. The mixing ratio of the proportioner is consistent with the foam liquid in the storage tank.

　　2. PHF4 proportional mixer must be used with PQ4 foam gun, and PHF8 proportional mixer must be used with PQ8 foam gun.

　　3. Only one type of foam concentrate can be filled in the tank, and different types of foam concentrate cannot be mixed.

　　Maintenance and upkeep:

　　In order to enhance the service life of the equipment and put out the fire source in a timely and effective manner, the semi fixed (portable) foam fire extinguishing device should be maintained accordingly. The following points should be noted:

　　1. Users must purchase the same type of foam liquid for supplementary filling;

　　2. During filling, use a plastic pipe to suck in or a funnel to fill from the filling port. After completion, tighten the cap of the filling port to prevent foam liquid from splashing out when the equipment moves;

　　3. The equipment should be placed in a cool and shady place. It is strictly prohibited to use hard objects to knock or collide in places with ventilation and convenient access, which may cause damage to the tank and result in leakage.

　　4. If the equipment has not been used for a long time, the quality of foam liquid should be rechecked once a year to see if it has deteriorated. If it has deteriorated, it should be replaced in time. (Deteriorated foam liquid can be discharged through the drain valve at the bottom of the tank)

　　5. After each use, the fire hose should be carefully cleaned and dried before being wrapped and placed in a hose basket. (It is recommended that users bring their own fire hoses to prevent sudden fire incidents.)

　　6. In order to keep the equipment in a good fireproof state for a long time and the quality of foam liquid in the tank, the foam liquid storage tank should be opened and cleaned every 2 years.

　　Usage:

　　1. Connect the water supply source to the inlet of the proportional mixer of the equipment using a fire hose

　　2. Remove the foam gun and unfold its fire hose;

　　3. Connect the connecting hose of the foam gun to the proportional mixer (or directly connect the foam gun to the proportional mixer);

　　4. Open the water supply source to supply water;

　　5. Aim the foam gun at the fire source to extinguish the fire.
