　　1. Before use, check whether the flange cover and connecting pipe flange on the "foam tank filling port" are sealed and whether various valves are closed.

　　2. After each use, the storage tank and pipeline must be rinsed clean with clean water, and the inner and outer surfaces must be repainted and treated for corrosion prevention.

　　3. When filling foam liquid, the tank shall be kept clean, and shall not be mixed with oil or other foam liquid, and shall not be mixed with aging foam liquid. The model of foam liquid shall not be wrong.

　　4. Foam concentrate should be kept away from direct sunlight and stored in a place with small temperature difference. Direct contact with air should be minimized. Any foam liquid stored beyond the validity period shall be sampled and inspected before use, and can be used only after it is qualified. The invalid foam liquid shall be replaced in time.

　　5. Storage tanks equipped with membranes should undergo a leak test every six months. The test method is to open the drain valve D, if there is foam leakage, it is proved to be damaged, and it should be repaired or replaced in time.

　　6. When replacing the foam liquid, a simulation test shall be carried out on the fire extinguishing system to check whether the working conditions of the proportional mixing device, foam generator and other equipment are normal and reliable. If there is any abnormality, it shall be repaired in time.

　　7. When replacing the invalid foam solution, the device should be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning method is:

　　② Close valve D and fill it with clean water from the filling port to clean the inner surface; Then open valve E, connect compressed air from valve C to extrude foam liquid, continue to blow with compressed air for 30 minutes, thoroughly dry the water inside, and refill foam liquid.
