The pneumatic ash unloading method has the advantages of fast ash unloading, less dust flying, and can be discharged to any height and distance with a flexible long discharge pipe. During transportation, due to vibration, particles in the dry mixed mortar and other components inside the tank will rub against each other, and friction between the inner wall of the tank and the material will promote segregation. The worse the road surface and the longer the transportation distance, the greater the impact of vehicle vibration on the segregation of dry mixed mortar. Air suspension is applied to bulk ash vehicles to reduce the impact of the ground on the vehicle, minimize vibration, and avoid segregation.
