The tank body of the powder material transport vehicle adopts a double cone inward tilting horizontal structure, with double tube intake and double tube feeding. When unloading ash, compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom, and is divided into fine streams through the permeable layer of the cement fluidization device, evenly filling the cement to form an air cement mixture. Under the pressure difference inside and outside the container, the cement is discharged along the discharge pipe. The pneumatic ash unloading method has the advantages of fast ash unloading, less dust flying, and can be discharged to any height and distance with a flexible long discharge pipe.
