      Construction method of long-term anti-corrosion grounding module

      1. The long-term anti-corrosion grounding module should be vertically buried.

      2. The burial depth shall not be less than 0.8m, and the distance between modules shall not be less than 4 meters.

      3. When the module cores are connected in parallel or to the ground wire, they must be welded with a welding length of at least twice the width of the connecting wire.

      4. The welding slag should be removed at the welding site and coated with anti-corrosion conductive paint or asphalt paint.

      5. To achieve the desired usage effect, each module is coated with 60kg of FL long-lasting anti-corrosion physical resistance reducing agent.

      6. The backfill soil should be sprinkled with water appropriately and compacted layer by layer (if the content of gravel and other materials in the soil is high, it needs to be replaced with clayey soil with lower resistivity). After the module has fully absorbed moisture (24 hours), the grounding resistance should be measured.

      4、 Precautions for long-term anti-corrosion grounding module

      1. The backfilling of pits and trenches should use fine-grained soil as filling material, and construction waste such as broken bricks should not be used as backfill material;

      2. Module storage and transportation should be protected from high temperatures, direct sunlight, and rain;

      3. During transportation and installation, modules should be protected from mechanical damage;

      4. When installing modules in areas with frozen soil layers, the modules should be buried under the frozen soil layer.
