      Secondly, squeeze the fruit grains. When making red wine, the grape skins and flesh are pressed simultaneously, and the red pigment contained in red wine is released during the pressing of the grape skins. That's why all red wines are red in color.

      Thirdly, juice extraction and fermentation. After juicing, the raw material for making wine - grape juice - can be obtained.
