Currently, micro porous ceramics have been applied in the filtration treatment of oily wastewater, domestic wastewater, chemical and petrochemical wastewater, papermaking wastewater, etc.

      Filtration is a crucial step in water treatment processes, providing an important guarantee for the removal of suspended impurities and attached microorganisms and bacteria in water. The traditional filtration process has problems such as large backwash water volume, high energy consumption, unstable filtered water quality, and large footprint. Currently, research on filtration technology is mostly focused on optimizing existing filter tanks. Micro porous ceramic filter tubes are increasingly being valued in filtration processes due to their advantages of low filtration resistance, high precision, and stable performance. This paper uses microporous ceramic filter tubes as filtration media to study their characteristics and filtration performance in removing pollutants from water during filtration processes, and explores their potential applications and filtration effects in practical engineering.
