Plastic conjugated rings are tower packing materials made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), poly (PVC), chlorinated poly (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and other materials. It has the characteristics of high porosity, low pressure drop, low mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, low specific gravity, and high heat and mass transfer efficiency. The operating temperature for these plastic bulk fillers can be between 60-280 degrees Celsius. Widely used in filling towers for industries such as petroleum, chemical, chlor alkali, gas, and environmental protection.
Product Introduction
Due to its unique structure, the polypropylene conjugated ring has the advantages of point contact between the packing and between the packing and the tower wall during filling in the tower, uniform gaps, low fluid resistance (low pressure drop), and high flow rate. When the fluid passes through the packing layer, the gas-liquid contact is good, and the trend of channel flow and wall flow is small, thus achieving excellent mass transfer performance. This product can be widely used in alcohol purification, absorption, methacrylic acid, methyl ester distillation, eucalyptus oil purification, waste gas purification, water quality purification, and other fields.

When plastic conjugate ring packing is installed inside the tower, it combines the advantages of circular and saddle shaped packing, and is arranged in a directional manner when stacked randomly. It also has the characteristics of regular packing. Adopting a conjugate curve rib structure, with outer rolled edges at both ends and a suitable aspect ratio, the filling material or the filling material is in point contact with the tower wall, without overlapping.
