      Main applications:

      Rectangular saddle ring packing is widely used and comes in three different materials: ceramic, plastic, and metal. The saddle ring packing bed has a large porosity, and the bed is mostly composed of circular arc-shaped liquid channels, which reduces the resistance of gas passing through the bed and also reduces the radial diffusion coefficient when the liquid flows downward.

      Ceramic saddle ring is an improved product of ceramic arc-shaped saddle ring. Ceramic rectangular saddle ring changes the arch shaped appearance on both sides and has gears. This structural design improves the specific surface area and void ratio of ceramic saddle ring. The void distribution of ceramic saddle ring is uniform, greatly improving the distribution of fluid. It has better void ratio and lower pressure drop than ceramic Raschig ring.
