Product Overview: Metal Ball Ring Filler is developed by BASF in Germany, which is made by punching metal sheets and has two rows of window holes with inward extending tongue blades on the ring wall. Each row of windows has five blades, each blade bending inward towards the center of the ring, almost overlapping at the center. The positions of the upper and lower layers of windows are offset from each other, and the total area of the openings is generally about 35% of the entire ring wall area. Due to the many openings on the ring wall of the Bao'er ring packing, gas and liquid inside the tower can freely pass through the windows. Currently, Bao'er ring packing is one of the main ring packing materials used.
Ball ring packing is divided into three materials: ceramic, metal, plastic, etc. Among them, metal materials include 304, 316, 316L, carbon steel, 201, 410, etc. Plastic materials include PP, RPP, CPVC, PVDF, PVC, PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc. Plastic ball ring fillers are generally divided into three shapes: rice shaped, # shaped,+shaped, and other irregular ball rings.
