The inner diameter of the alkali spray tower is 8.5 meters, and stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing with a height of 0.7 meters is selected. Two or three discs of packing are arranged in a staggered manner. The opening rate is about 9-12%, and the perforated plate surface has a special texture to improve the effective mass transfer area. Its separation ability is similar to that of wire mesh corrugated packing, but its anti blocking ability is stronger than that of corrugated packing.
