      Jig machine belongs to gravity beneficiation equipment, using water as the beneficiation medium, and utilizing the difference in specific gravity between selected minerals and gangue for sorting. The large feed particle size is 6-8mm, but in some cases, the large particle size can reach 12mm in the selection of sand ore. By using a conical slide valve, the failure rate is reduced by 80%, energy consumption is small, and different material sorting needs can be achieved, increasing processing capacity by more than 35%. Widely used in the re-election process of metals such as tungsten, tin, gold, hematite, brown iron, manganese, titanium, antimony, lead, tantalum, niobium, etc.

      Working Principle:

      After the raw ore is sent into the jig chamber, due to the agitation of the diaphragm, the ore particles are layered according to their specific gravity in the medium. The fine and heavy ore particles pass through the gaps and sieve holes of the artificial bed particles and deposit in the storage hopper of the jig. The coarse and light ore particles (materials) in the upper layer are washed towards the discharge port at the end of the sieve by the medium flow. As the position of the rear jig chamber is 50mm lower than that of the front jig chamber, the light ore particles overflow through the tail plate of the front chamber and enter the rear chamber, where they are subjected to jigs again, and then separate the minerals with different specific gravities to complete the sorting operation.
