When the material is poured out, the conveyor belt motor is powered on again to remove the filled box or bag and protect the conveyor belt from continuing to run until the next empty bag or box cuts off the light source of the photoelectric sensor. At the same time, the electronic scale box is reset, electromagnetic coil 1 is powered on, and the funnel automatically feeds the electronic scale. The weight is controlled by the microcomputer. When the material in the electronic scale is equal to the given value, electromagnetic coil 1 is powered off, and the spring force closes the funnel door. The loading system begins the next loading cycle. When there are enough materials in the funnel and boxes on the conveyor belt, this process can continue continuously. When necessary, the operator can stop the conveyor belt at any time, input different given values through the dial, and then restart to change the weight in the box or bag.

      This system uses different sensors to change the weighing range, which can be applied to automatic packaging in industries such as cement, sugar, and flour processing.
