Installation precautions for sensors
1. The installation surface and base of the sensor should be kept level and not skewed;?
2. The horizontal difference between the installation surfaces in a multi load sensor weighing system is less than 5mm. If the measurement accuracy of the system is low (5/1000), it can be relaxed;?
3. The installation surface of the sensor should be kept flat and smooth, and there should be no adhesive film, burrs, sharp points, etc. on the installation surface;?
4. The installation surface base should be firm and maintain a certain thickness;?
5. The base area of the installation surface should be larger than the installation area of the weighing sensor;?
6. When installing or replacing sensors, it is necessary to choose a suitable torque wrench and adjust it to the torque required for tightening the sensor;?
7. Sensors that require installation of washers need to be fitted with washers on the bolts before installation;?
8. Before tightening the bolts, apply a small amount of butter to prevent rusting and facilitate disassembly and assembly;?
9. It is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily lengthen or shorten a certain part of the sensor cable in a multi load sensor weighing system;?
10. In a single weighing sensor weighing system, if installation conditions permit, it is recommended not to lengthen or cut the sensor cable;?
