The gyl-3 strain gauge weighing force sensor is selected. Four resistance strain gauges form a full bridge circuit. Under constant bridge pressure u, the sensor output signal is proportional to the gravity acting on the sensor and the bridge voltage supplied to the bridge. Moreover, changes in the bridge voltage u directly affect the measurement accuracy of the electronic scale, so it is required that the bridge voltage be very stable. After amplification, the output of the millivolt level sensor becomes a voltage signal output of 0-10v, which is sent to a v/f converter for a/d conversion. The frequency signal output from its output terminal is added to the counting and input terminal t1 of the microcontroller 8031 timer 1. Timer 0 is used for counting and timing inside the microcomputer, and the timing time of Timer 0 is set by the required A/D conversion resolution.

At the same time as displaying, the computer also determines the fixed value based on the set value and the measured value. Once the weight is equal to or greater than the given value, the control interface outputs a control signal to control the external feeding equipment to stop feeding, display the final measurement value, and then issue a response command to indicate that the bag has been loaded and the weighing of the lower bag can be carried out.

　　Automatic weighing and loading device. Each loaded box or bag moves along the conveyor belt until it is under the electronic scale containing the material. The conveyor belt stops moving, electromagnetic coil 2 is powered on, and the electronic scale hopper flips to pour all the material into the box or bag. When the material is poured out, the conveyor belt motor is powered on again to remove the filled box or bag and protect the conveyor belt from continuing to run until the next empty bag or box cuts off the light source of the photoelectric sensor. At the same time, the electronic scale box is reset, electromagnetic coil 1 is powered on, and the funnel automatically feeds the electronic scale. The weight is controlled by the microcomputer. When the material in the electronic scale is equal to the given value, electromagnetic coil 1 is powered off, and the spring force closes the funnel door. The loading system begins the next loading cycle. When there are enough materials in the funnel and boxes on the conveyor belt, this process can continue continuously. When necessary, the operator can stop the conveyor belt at any time, input different given values through the dial, and then restart to change the weight in the box or bag.
