　　1. Pre bending of the cylinder

　　First, pre bend one end of the steel plate. The rolling machine should gradually increase the pressure to roll the steel plate. During the rolling process, use a template to check the condition of the pre bent section, but do not over roll. According to the requirements of the upstream technical documents, a template should be used for inspection in the pre bending section. The edge angle control should use an inner template with a chord length equal to 1/6 of the design inner diameter Di and not less than 300 mm for inspection. The gap between the arc and the template should be ≤ 2 mm. After one end is pre bent and qualified, the other end should be pre bent. During the rolling process, the pressure gauge values of the pressure rise data of the plate rolling machine and the data records of the sample inspection are recorded properly.

　　2. Rolling of cylinder body

　　When rolling, the steel plate should be placed upright between the upper and lower rollers, and the edge of the plate should be strictly parallel to the axis of the roller. Align the markings on the board with the line markings on the roller axis to ensure accuracy. When rolling the cylinder section, gradually reduce the curvature radius of the cylinder and perform multiple rolling forming processes. During the rolling process, a template is used to control the rolling amount and the deviation from the rolling machine. The deformation of over rolling and each round of rolling is controlled at 30% of the total deformation. After the rolling is completed, use plasma cutting to remove one pre bent end.
