Length: The standard length of the straight unit of the bridge frame is 2m, 3m, 4m, and 6m.
Manufacturing accuracy: The allowable deviation of the straight section length of the cable tray should meet the following requirements: a) When the length is ≤ 2000mm, the allowable deviation is ± 2.0mm; b) When the length is>2000mm, the allowable deviation is ± 4.0mm
The limit deviation of other dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Grade V in GB/T1804-2000
Note: The width of the cover plate is taken as positive deviation, and the width of the groove is taken as negative deviation.
The allowable deviation of cable tray flatness per square meter should not exceed 5.0mm.
Note: If the compactness of the cable tray is less than 1000mm, it shall be calculated as 1000mm
Quality requirements for welded parts: The weld surface should be uniform, without defects such as missed welding, cracks, slag inclusion, burn through, arc craters, etc.
