　　1. Water permeable inorganic waterproofing agent is a non-toxic, odorless, and non flammable inorganic water-soluble material that is safe to construct, not easily aged, and is a type of waterproof material;

It has extremely strong penetration and diffusion ability, and can penetrate into cement concrete structures by more than 40mm, sealing the capillary channels inside the structure, forming a complete and dense waterproof layer, protecting the steel bars inside the reinforced concrete from corrosion, and playing a good role in waterproofing, impermeability, and sealing;

　　Construction Technology

　　1. Grassroots cleaning

　　Before spraying water-based penetrating inorganic waterproofing agent, first chisel off the concrete slurry, smooth out the uneven areas, remove oil stains, garbage, etc. Then thoroughly clean the base surface, and use a dust blower to blow off the floating dust on the base surface;

　　2. Spraying of water-based permeable inorganic waterproofing agent

　　When the water-based permeable inorganic waterproofing agent penetrates into the interior of the base layer and there is no obvious wet state on the surface, spray a second coat of waterproofing agent;

　　3. After the second coat of waterproofing agent is sprayed, a dedicated person should be responsible for observing the evaporation of the coating. After about 2~3h, when the waterproof agent coating is about to dry, water shall be sprayed with a spray immediately, depending on the wet surface, not too much to avoid loss of waterproof agent.

　　【 Precautions 】

　　1. The construction temperature should be between 0 and 35 ℃, and construction should not be carried out during rainy or freezing periods;

　　2. Watering and maintenance after 24 hours of construction;

　　3. The pH value of water-based penetrating inorganic waterproofing agent is ≥ 12, which belongs to strong alkaline materials. It should not be used on the surface of aluminum products, glazed surfaces or glass, otherwise it will affect the surface smoothness. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water;

　　4. Clean the spraying equipment promptly after construction is completed.

　　[Reference Dosage]

　　When the base surface is flat, the theoretical dosage is 0.2-0.5kg/㎡ (manually sprayed twice), and the specific dosage depends on the situation.
