　　1. Construction requirements

　　1) Requirement for waterproof layer: The base layer must be clean and relatively smooth, so that the coating is uniform and consistent.

　　2) This material is water-based and will swell when mixed with benzene, so organic solvents are prohibited.

　　3) Adjust the concentration by adding water according to the base surface and weather conditions, which is convenient and simple.

　　2. Apply primer

　　When applying the primer, you can add some water to the material and mix it evenly with an electric mixer for easy application. The recommended coating amount is generally 0.2-0.3 kg/㎡. After coating, it needs to be dried for 4-6 hours before proceeding to the next process.

　　3. Construction of Coating Waterproof Layer

　　When constructing the waterproof layer, the coating generally does not need to be diluted with water. It should be stirred evenly with an electric mixer and directly applied with a rubber scraper or a roller, but the direction should be perpendicular to the direction of the secondary coating. According to the design requirements, determine the number of coats and scraping amount until the design thickness is reached. No matter how many coats are applied, the second coat can only be laid after the road has dried, and at least two coats should be applied on the surface.

　　1. Material storage: High temperature exposure is strictly prohibited. If the bucket lid is opened, it should be sealed immediately after use. Pay attention to antifreeze at 0 ℃.

　　2. If there is precipitation, it does not affect the quality. Stir well and it can be used normally.

　　3. When the coating is too thick, a film is formed on the surface to prevent internal water evaporation, so each coating should be applied thinly and multiple times.

　　4. When the temperature is above 23 ℃ and the coating thickness is ≤ 0.6mm, the surface drying time is ≤ 4 hours, and the actual drying time is ≤ 8 hours. As the temperature decreases, the drying time is extended.
