Description :
Standard hanger style flow channel design, with adjustable upper mold lip, suitable for producing single-layer or multi-layer sheets such as PET, PC, PS, PP, PLA, etc., with a width less than 2000mm and a thickness of 0.2-2mm.
The mold has a streamlined flow channel surface, a two half mold body design, and easy disassembly and cleaning of the mold head.
Manually adjust the elastic lip or movable upper lip design to meet different thickness requirements for extrusion.
The mold body is made of high-quality mold steel or imported alloy steel, and undergoes a special heat treatment process to extend the life of the mold.
The surface of the flow channel is coated with hard chromium, with an average thickness of 25 μ m~50 μ m, and mirror polished.
The mold head fasteners use 12.9 grade high-strength bolts.
The heating element adopts durable stainless steel heating rod and heating ring.
