This production line is similar to the EVA solar film production line. The following is an introduction to the EVA film production line.
Overall description of solar adhesive film
The EVA POE film production line of Suzhou Jinwei Machinery Co., Ltd. adopts the casting process to produce EVA POE solar cell encapsulation adhesive film.
The main raw material is imported vinyl acetate copolymer EVA POE, which is added with imported plastic additives and then heated, cast and extruded into a product. This adhesive film is non adhesive at room temperature, making it easy to cut and undergo thermal cross-linking curing and bonding enhancement reaction through hot pressing, resulting in long-lasting adhesive sealing. It is a novel thermosetting hot melt adhesive film.
Special EVA encapsulation film for solar modules (photovoltaic modules) and related solar products is used to encapsulate solar panels. It is non adhesive at room temperature and easy to operate. After hot pressing, thermal cross-linking and adhesive strengthening reactions occur, resulting in long-lasting adhesive sealing. Product features: high transparency/high adhesion strength/high photo thermal stability/superior volumetric electrical composition.
Compared to EVA film, POE film has the advantages of low water vapor permeability and high volume resistivity, ensuring the safety and long-term aging resistance of components operating in high temperature and high humidity environments, enabling them to be used for a long time. Specifically, the superior performance of POE film compared to EVA film is demonstrated by the fact that POE film is a copolymer of ethylene and octene, with a saturated fatty chain structure and fewer tertiary carbon atoms in the molecular chain, exhibiting good weather resistance, UV aging resistance, excellent heat and low temperature resistance. Therefore, POE film has better aging resistance than EVA film.
2、 By using modification methods such as photo grafting polar monomers, plasma surface treatment, or reactive grafting modification on POE, the bonding strength between POE film and materials such as glass and backsheet can be improved, resulting in excellent interfacial bonding performance.
3、 Suitable for high-efficiency double-sided batteries, it can effectively enhance the conversion efficiency of the battery, improve the power generation rate and reduce the cost per kilowatt hour compared to ordinary single-sided power generation components. At the same time, the components can be vertically placed and have multiple utilization methods.
4、 POE adhesive film has low water vapor transmission rate, high cohesion, and is suitable for double glass components. It can produce double glass components without edge sealing and has a long service life.
However, compared to EVA film, POE film has a smaller production capacity and higher raw material prices. But it is the direction of future development.
