　　In response to the increasing use and different requirements of TPU products, Jinwei Machinery has developed TPU high and low temperature multi-layer co extrusion casting molds. These molds adopt special internal insulation structures and optimized cooling methods, allowing the temperature difference between different materials during multi-layer composite to reach 60 ° C and enabling long-term production. Due to the use of material cavity composite extrusion, the TPU composite sheet produced by this mold has different composite layers that are uniform.

　　Manually adjust the elastic lip or movable upper lip design to meet different thickness requirements for extrusion.

　　The mold body is made of mold steel or imported alloy steel, and undergoes a special heat treatment process to extend the life of the mold.

　　The surface of the flow channel is coated with hard chromium, with an average thickness of 25 μ m~50 μ m, and is mirror polished with special anti sticking treatment.

　　The mold head fasteners use 12.9 grade high-strength bolts.

　　The heating element adopts durable stainless steel heating rod and heating ring.

　　Mold lip process: Short wave pulse local hardening treatment, causing instantaneous gasification or even plasma formation on the surface of the mold, and causing explosions and shock waves on the surface, thereby strengthening the material surface.

　　And the surface hardness is high, the metallographic structure is refined, and the wear resistance is better than traditional quenching processes after local hardening treatment with short wave pulses.

　　The processed mold lip has good straightness and wear resistance, which enables the molding of TPU sheets or films to have good results.
