HDPE hot forming sheet production line
The advanced screw extrusion system provided by Suzhou Jinwei is suitable for melt finger, low strength, high molecular weight polyethylene HMW-HDPE. The sheet is mainly used for car carriages, pickup truck cargo box linings, car cargo box roofs, and rainproof sheds. By ensuring the same strength of the board, the product thickness can be reduced by more than 30%, significantly reducing material costs for customers. The product has a thickness of 2-12mm and a width of 2000-3000mm.
