After processing the data from the online thickness gauge through a computer program, it is fed back to a special mold lip thermal expansion adjustment bolt to automatically adjust the opening thickness of the mold lip, quickly and effectively controlling product accuracy. Our mold head has good expandability and can be equipped with an "internal blocking width adjustment device" or an "external blocking width adjustment device" with a thickness removal device according to customer needs, which can meet the possibility of producing various wide width products for customers and achieve efficient and economical production.
