Description :
The extrusion die is a key component in biaxial stretching equipment, which directly determines the shape and thickness uniformity of the cast sheet. This type of bi-directional stretching casting die adopts a hanger type flow channel design, and uses computer fluid analysis software for flow channel simulation analysis and optimization to obtain optimal flow channel parameters. The mold lip adopts a push-pull automatic adjustment method. The thickness data detected by the online thickness gauge can be processed by a computer program and fed back to a special mold lip thermal expansion adjustment bolt to achieve automatic fine adjustment of the opening thickness of the mold lip, quickly and effectively controlling product accuracy; This type of die head can be applied to BOPP, BOPS, BOPA, BOPET, BOPI, etc. The straightness, roughness, and corner size of the lip of the casting die directly affect product quality. Through our experiments and demonstrations, it has been found that local hardening treatment of the lip can effectively improve the quality of the die. Such advantages as high surface hardness, refined metallographic structure, and better wear resistance than traditional quenching processes, and the hardened die lip can achieve good straightness and wear resistance.
