    Description :

      Polymer plastic steel cable trays are mainly divided into two types: composite plastic steel cable trays and lining steel plastic steel cable trays. They are a new type of material cable tray product, which is currently widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, power, construction, and coastal areas. It can replace traditional cable trays and has been widely used in Europe and America. It is a cable tray for future engineering applications, in line with the policy of "replacing steel with plastic", and has the characteristics of flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical strength, good insulation performance, reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and long service life. It is developed by integrating the usage of steel cable trays, fiberglass cable trays, and aluminum alloy cable trays under different working conditions and climatic conditions.

      Product Features:

      ① Strong anti-corrosion and fireproof performance: The main structure of the cable tray is divided into five layers, namely the protective layer, structural layer, bonding layer, galvanized layer, and substrate, which are formed in a secondary manner without delamination or cracks, and the oxygen index can reach 32.

      ② Light weight: The main body of the bridge adopts a hollow section structure to reduce the weight of the bridge and increase its bearing capacity and resistance to twisting and deformation.

      ③ High mechanical strength and load-bearing capacity: The bridge is lined with a metal skeleton made of galvanized sheet cold pressed, which increases the mechanical strength and load-bearing capacity of the bridge.

      ④ The anti-corrosion layer of cable tray, which is made of composite epoxy resin material, is formed by advanced processes such as sub heating, compression, and extrusion. The surface of the anti-corrosion layer has high hardness and impact resistance, while the inner layer is a micro foam closed cell structure, which has the characteristics of acid, alkali, salt, ammonia and other media corrosion resistance.

      ⑤ There is a high-strength adhesive soft bonding layer between the metal skeleton and the anti-corrosion material, which solves the problem of delamination between the metal skeleton and the anti-corrosion layer due to different expansion coefficients, ensuring a service life of more than 30 years.

      ⑥ The bridge frame is a hollow fully sealed structure, and the assembly part between the bridge frame and the small orange is a dovetail structure, which is firmly combined and has high strength. The exposed parts of the small orange plug-in at both ends are all anti-corrosion treated, and no metal is exposed at any position.

      ⑦ The connection between cable trays is made using internal and external connection plates, and the shape of the connection plate matches the shape of the two brackets of the cable tray to increase the connection strength of the cable tray.

      ⑧ The bridge cover plate is lightweight and has high strength. The part that matches with the side panel is a windproof hook structure, and the stronger the wind force, the tighter the connection. It is easy to install, firm and durable.
