　　Computer aided manifold design ensures uniform material distribution, enabling the realization of wide width products.

　　The extended lip of the mold improves the orientation and consistency of the finished product, reduces the expansion of the mold head, and greatly increases the sensitivity to adjustment.

　　The intersecting curve formed at the junction of the manifold and the mouth mold at the center of the mold cavity can improve the lateral flow and distribution of materials.

　　The upper mold lip can be fine tuned, and the lower mold lip can be changed to produce products of different thicknesses (1-4mm can achieve 10mm).

　　Equipped with throttle rod adjustment function, it can be used for extrusion of different raw materials and products of different thicknesses.
