Ceramic corrugated regular packing is made of high-quality high white viscous kaolin and refractory clay processed through a series of processes. At the same time, it has high fire resistance (up to 1325 ℃) and low temperature resistance, with a temperature range of -150-1100 ℃ for use. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, especially resistance to liusuan, xiaosuan, and other properties, is particularly good. Except for qingshusuan, it can withstand all kinds of pollutants, organic acids, acidic gases, and neutral gases. The acid resistance reaches 99.93%. The use of ceramic corrugated packing in four sets of DN1000 concentration towers in the xiaosuan unit of a fertilizer plant customer in our company has achieved very good results. The device adopts the xiaosuanmei production process, using ceramic regular packing instead of ceramic bulk packing, which improves the mass and heat transfer efficiency inside the tower. The reflux ratio and ingredient ratio of the concentration tower are significantly reduced, the load of one ton of acid product on the equipment is reduced, the production capacity of the tower is greatly improved, various consumption indicators are significantly reduced, and costs are reduced.


The advantages of using ceramic structured packing in the concentrated xiaosuan device are due to its large specific surface area, high porosity, regular flow of gas-liquid, and good gas-phase mixing. However, in order to fully leverage these advantages, there must be corresponding excellent structural tower internals that are compatible with them. Due to the structural characteristics of regular packing, its lateral self distribution ability is inferior to that of loose packing, therefore higher requirements are put forward for liquid distributors and gas distributors, and the design of liquid distributors is particularly important. The combination of our company's new liquid distributor and redistributor has excellent performance, allowing the entire packing area to be fully utilized, greatly reducing wall flow and channel flow phenomena, increasing the theoretical number of plates, and fully utilizing the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency of regular packing.

Dier Chemical Packing Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. They produce a series of tower internals and chemical packing products, which are sold to coking and chlor alkali, fertilizer, chemical, salt, pharmaceutical, refining, power, environmental protection, coking and other manufacturers across the country with good usage effects. In 2008, they obtained the self operated import and export rights for foreign trade, and their products are exported to more than ten countries including Israel, France, the United States, South Korea, Germany, Brazil, Japan, etc.
