Plastic Ball Ring Polypropylene Ball Ring Filler is a new type of filler that has been improved to address some of the main drawbacks of Raschig rings. It involves opening eight layers of rectangular small windows on the wall of a regular Raschig ring, with the window blades overlapping at the center of the ring and the upper and lower window positions overlapping each other. The temperature resistance of plastic ball ring polypropylene ball ring filler is closely related to its material. The temperature resistance of different plastic materials varies. The instantaneous temperature resistance of polypropylene ball rings is generally above 100 degrees, but should not exceed 110 degrees. But the longest service life is around 70 degrees Celsius at room temperature;

(1) Strong mass and heat transfer capabilities. The temperature difference between the air exiting the air cooling tower and the cold water entering the tower from the upper section can be less than 1 ℃, and a negative temperature difference of 4-5 ℃ can be generated between the outlet temperature of the water cooling tower and the temperature of the incoming sewage nitrogen;
(2) Due to the accumulation porosity reaching 94-95%, it is not easy to block and select as foam carrier, which is conducive to variable operating conditions. After increasing the air volume, it is not easy to carry water;
(3) Low pressure drop, with a resistance of approximately 10mm water column per meter of packing material;
(4) The water consumption of the air cooling tower can be reduced by 30%;
(5) Can reduce the cooling capacity of the chiller. In winter, it is not necessary to turn on the machine, and in summer, the cooling capacity can be reduced by 80%, making it possible to achieve an air pre cooling system without a chiller;
(6) Easy installation and low manufacturing cost;
(7) The relatively low density (0.9kg/m3) results in a lightweight final product.
