　　Stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing is composed of several metal corrugated sheets arranged parallel and vertically with small holes (or no holes as needed) on the corrugated sheets. The top angle of the corrugations is about 900, and the channels formed by the corrugations are at an angle of 450 or 300 to the vertical direction. Two adjacent corrugated flow channels form a 900 diameter, and the upper and lower plates of corrugated packing are rotated 900 times and stacked. In the tower with a smaller diameter connected by flanges, the corrugated packing is made into whole disks with a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the tower. In a tower with a larger diameter, each plate of corrugated packing is divided into several pieces and placed into the tower through a manhole. Inside the tower, they are assembled into complete disks. The corrugated sheets of the upper and lower plates of packing are rotated 900 degrees to install, allowing the fluid to mix thoroughly inside the tower.
