　　Product installation method:

　　a、 Before installing the packing support grid and compression frame, assemble them separately outside the tower to confirm that there is no problem with the number of blocks. (First, pay attention to the two separate places where the filler supports the grid and the frame, because the grid serves to support the filler and will be more solid, with a higher plate height, thicker plate thickness, and smaller spacing. The opposite is true for the frame.)

　　b、 Lift the packing support grid into the tower one by one for installation, and place the blocks of packing support grid in an orderly manner on the support ring and support beam.

　　c、 After the packing support grid is laid, the packing is orderly lifted into the tower and placed on top of the grid.

　　d、 After the packing is installed, the upper layer of packing should be leveled, and then the packing frame should be lifted into the tower in an orderly manner and laid on top of the packing. After the entire layer of packing is completed and the packing frame is laid, the blocks should be connected by screws to form a whole for fixing.

　　e、 After the installation of the packing frame, a packing limit structure (referred to as a pressure strip) should be placed on top of the packing frame. The pressure strip is usually made of carbon steel and fixed with angle steel. The number of pressure strips depends on the diameter of the tower body. Generally, the spacing between pressure strips is about 1.5m or other sizes. Our company can design, process, and customize packing support grids and frames for you.
