However, solid valve trays have a higher upper limit of operational flexibility and processing capacity than sieve trays. The characteristic of solid valve tray is anti clogging, which has advantages for working conditions such as fermentation mash, washing tower, etc. that contain solid substances and are prone to fouling and blockage.
