Description :
The metal Ball Ring 316L Ball Ring packing has made significant improvements to the Raschig Ring by opening two rows of window holes with internal protruding tongues on the ring wall. This structure improves gas-liquid distribution and fully utilizes the inner surface of the ring. Compared with Raschig Ring, the processing capacity can be increased by more than 50%, while the pressure is reduced by half. Ball ring is a three-dimensional filling material formed by opening ten rectangular small windows on the side wall of a metal ring, with the window blades of the window holes bent into the center of the ring, overlapping at the center of the ring, and the positions of the upper and lower windows interlocking with each other. Large effective specific surface area, no clumping, no clogging, long service life, and can also be reused, making production operation management simple.
Characteristics of Metal Ball Ring: Ball ring packing has the characteristics of low pressure drop, high flux, and high efficiency. HYPAK packing has lower pressure drop and higher mass transfer efficiency compared to PALL rings of the same size, and the liquid distribution in the packing layer is better.
