1. Strengthen the structure of polypropylene hexagonal ring hexagonal inner ring filler:
Reinforced polypropylene hexagonal ring hexagonal inner ring filler is a new type of filler. This filler is based on the optimized structural parameters of light ceramic filler, consisting of multiple uniformly refined diamond shaped cells, and six triangular support legs are set around the outer circumference of the filler. This filler can be widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coking, and coal chemical industry.
Technical advantages of hexagonal inner edge ring packing:
a. Optimized the diamond shaped unit structure, making the gas-liquid flow channel more unobstructed, with more complete contact, reducing pressure drop, and thus improving processing capacity;
b. The installation of adjacent layers of packing with a rotation cross of 30 degrees can not only avoid short circuits in gas-liquid phase flow, but also facilitate continuous mixing and contact separation of gas-liquid, promote continuous renewal of mass transfer surfaces, and thus improve mass transfer efficiency;
c. Compared with Mitsubishi coupling rings, the triangular connecting ribs are eliminated while ensuring that the specific surface area of the packing remains basically unchanged. By optimizing the packing cells, the packing efficiency is ensured while reducing the packing resistance;
d. The six protruding triangular legs designed can isolate the upper and lower layers of packing at a certain distance from each other, thereby increasing the free area of gas-liquid phase and the space for gas-liquid phase distribution, effectively improving the continuous updating of gas-liquid mass transfer contact interface and enhancing mass transfer efficiency;
e. Hexagonal inner edge ring packing has the advantages of large specific surface area, high porosity, high processing capacity, reduced pressure, high mass transfer efficiency, and strong anti clogging ability.
f. Compared with Mitsubishi Heavy Duty Rings, the optimized diamond shaped cell structure enables the hexagonal inner edge ring packing to have lower pressure drop and stronger anti clogging ability.
